**Objects:** TO ADVANCE, PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE GENERALLY, IN MEANS OF THE COMPETITION FESTIVAL MOVEMENT IN PARTICULAR, THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF THE ARTS OF MUSIC, ELOCUTION, DANCING, LITERATURE AND ACTING IN ALL THEIR BRANCHES, AMONGST YOUTH UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.

**Activities:** To hold a festival for Music, Vocal & Speech and Drama for Youths only ie under 21 years of age on the first day of our festival.All participants receive a remarks sheet written by a fully qualified adjudicator.
