ddiberatety kept the number of residents duwn Ihks financial year due to the work which was scheduled to be
carried out to the buikjing at the teginning of the 2025126 financh31 year. The trustees w￿hed to k8ap tho
upheaval for existing residents lo a minimum. Sadty. c￿e of our rnsidents died in hospitsl al the time of the
completion of the Constructs'￿ work Iwt we have Tecenty wdwned a new resident. In addition. there hay been

the new financial year. Other maintenonc• work was done onty on the b•sis of immediate need a8 on going work
would be covered by tho an1￿1pated mt4.or building works.
The trustees have idenlrfied a second phase of buAding woth whith wim be a new extension to th• side ol the
buikling. This will provide g lrft, an Internal fire ewpe and a place of Tefvge. Howèver, gwen the cost of Phase 1
of the building programme we will have In8uffKiént funds to proceed. The trugtees will seek outside funding for
