(C) TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF AND INTEREST IN ALL MATTERS OF AN AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL NATURE AND TO HOLD AND PROMOTE SHEEP DOG TRIALS TO BE HELD ANNUALLY ON SPRING BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY AND AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH PLACE OR PLACES AS THE GENERAL COMMITTEE MAY DECIDE. (D) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SOCIETIES ASSOCIATIONS AND OTHER BODIES OF CHARITABLE NATURE.
