**Activities:** Local Civic Society for Oulton in Leeds formed in 1971, playing a significant role in making Oulton and surrounding areas a more attractive place to live. Achieved by regularly monitoring planning applications, raising awareness of issues possibly affecting the locality,organising village improvements, supporting Oulton in Bloom and arranging social and fundraising events.
