PREFERENCE GIVEN TO RESIDENTS IN THE PARISH OF ROWINGTON AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. RESIDUE FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ROWINGTON OR IN ASSISTING PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ROWINGTON, BY PROVIDING AID TO PREPARE FOR, OR ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING OR OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THESE BENEFICIARIES.

**Activities:** Provision of housing accommodation for persons in need, hardship or distress who are resident in the Civil Parish of Rowington and the surrounding district and the promotion of education of persons in need who are under the age of 25 years and who are resident in the Civil Parish of Rowington and the surrounding district.
