The Grand National fundraising eveftt was held in tile new hall. This was a great success

The annual Atrultural & Horticulbjfdl show was heldln June and 15 always the hi8hlisht of
tho. calendar. It featured several Crfferent t)pes of livestock, horiiuclturnl displays..Children's
clasSQS. local produce stalls craft5 and plenty of great tamlly entertainmeni.
The4e diLiivitie5 are essential lo sustslniftg the lo¢al rural economy. en￿￿ragIng younger
generations to ￿EaSe with agricultural practices, and 5UPPOrting local vendoT% and art15Jn5.

4. AchiLwements and Pertormanr
The 2025 show was well-attended. with visitor number5 increasing. Notsble hi8hliEhts
induded-.
Expanded horticulzural and produce sections, reflecting increased interest in home
8rowing.
Enhanced chiklren's knities and compet￿on$, encoura￿"nE family iTM>lvetnent
with a new children's site on the showground also.
Sheep livestock was also well attended with quality stock and numbers in a hi
number ol sections.
The SotiÈty continues to bulld on the cnthuslasm and commitment of volunteers. local

overwhelmingly positsve
S. Strurture. Governance and Management
The Society 15 8vvemed by elected Président. ir￿e-President, Chairman. Wicc.Chairman,
Subscribers. Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary. The off¢ials of the society shall be
elected at the Annual General Meelina and all appoinments shall be for one year onfy. The
retiring officers and committee members shall bè eligible for re-olection.
