I remembered to compile my Trport before the end of ouryear, this could be a firt so
here we go.
The Club has run smoothly because of Ihe tirelessness input given by our volunteers,
dnvers and staff. and to you all I say, thank you.
Entertainment on a Club night along with the oc(xsional food provision has been
welcomed and enN)yed by the members. Long may it a)ntinue.
Yet again the residential at Bendrigg was an immense success Ihanks to National Phab
steered by Rebecca and her team. not forgetting Paul's massive input
Su mmer, yes su mmer days ou( mainly enjoyed good weather except for Cleethorpes.
Butthe canal In'p, the steam rdilway and the wildlife pathwere enN)yed in the sun. Fish
and chips with a anema trip relied less on the weather. Thank you, Helen and Dave A,
foryourcontribution in making all these days possible.

The an nual pantomime eXpellen￿ was as usual a great success. oh no IL I'm not
finishing the rhetori
Transport rolls on under the supervision of Dave M and the excellent team of drivers,
induding ournew re(xuit Adrian, thank you to you all.
Sadly, I have to condude with a couple of
pieces of news, one being Ihat Phab has been trying for approximately 2 years to adapt
our garages but until re￿ntlY we only leamt that no decision could be reached by LCC
as they proposing to putthe Centre underoutside management control .We . but really
mean Ann, is totally focused on this situation and we will keep everyone posted. The
second piece of cOn￿M is that or Treasurer of 5 years. SÈve. is leavÉng Phab. Ch
behalf of us all may I say Ihank you and wish him well in his fuiure endeavors. To mark
this may l ask our Lord Mayor to present Steve with a small memento from everyone at
Leeds Phab Club.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Prince Philip Centre PHAB Club
Trust (the Trust) for the year ended 31 March 2025.
Responslbllkles and basls of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements Of the Charities Act 20111'the Act,).
I report in respecl of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145{S)(b} of the Act.
Independent oxamlner's 8tstsment
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attentlon in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect.,
1. Accounling records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the
Act,. or
2. The accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

1 Accounting Policies
Donations and Fund Raising Events
Donations and income from fund raising events are accounted for when they are deposited
at the bank.
Bank and Building Society Interest
Interest on bank and building society accounts is recognised when received.
Motor Vehicles
Depreciation on motor vehicles is calculated using the reducing balance method and aims
to write down the cost of each vehicle over its, useful life - calculated at the rate of 25 % per
annum.
