the work and objectives of the Royal
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals (219099), with particular reference
to the area of the branch, in accordance
with the policies of the Society. The
Society’s objects (set out in section 4 of the
RSPCA Act 1932) are to promote kindness
and to prevent or suppress cruelty to
animals.

with others in North Wales, contributes to
the costs of running a mobile veterinary
clinic that serves the North Wales region.
The branch responds on a discretionary
basis to individual requests for financial
contributions to the costs of veterinary
treatment for animals in distress. The
branch provides financial support to a small
number of individuals who foster stray or
feral cats.

relationship between the Society and its
network of branches is regulated by the
Branch rules, the Society’s rules and the
RSPCA Acts. Each branch is required to

the Branch rules and is bound by the
Society’s rules.
