**Brief statement of the charity’s** Rathbones act on behalf of the Trustees to invest funds available after **policy on reserves** grant making activities and other charitable purposes.  From time to time, this capital provides the means to encourage quiet and peaceful recreation by enabling Trustees to keep property within the five parishes of Coniston Water under local control.. **Details of any funds materially in deficit**
