The Community Centre provides facilities to all those based locally and within Rhuddlan; indeed the Groups attend from outside of the local area. The different groups welcome sufferers of all illnesses and their carers to attend the weekly sessions at the Centre for therapeutic activities. We also provide facilities for local groups and societies including Dementia & Stroke, Crossroads, Art and Crafts, various education and physical exercise classes, Zumba, Tai Chi and Yoga together with Mindfulness. We encourage personal improvements through languages, French and Welsh are delivered, all in addition to the hiring of facilities for family functions and community functions include Council activities |
