**Dementia & Stroke, Crossroads, Art and**

**exercise classes, Zumba, Tai Chi and**
**Yoga together with Mindfulness. We**
**encourage personal improvements**
**through languages, French and Welsh**
**are delivered, all in addition to the hiring**
**of facilities for family functions and**
**community functions include Council**
