III) TO ENCOURAGE THE BREEDING OF WILD BIRDS PLANTS AND INSECTS AND THE PLANTING AND ESTABLISHING OF TREES AND WOODLAND AREAS AND THE CONSERVATION THEREOF. IV) TO PROTECT PLACES AND OBJECTS OF ENTOMOLOGICAL BOTANICAL ZOOLOGICAL OR ECOLOGICAL INTEREST FROM INJURY ILL TREATMENT OR DESTRUCTION.
