The charity achieves its objectives through providing grants and charitable projects. The trustees confirm they have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission for England and Wales when planning activities. ## **Achievements and Performance** During the year, the charity carried out charitable projects. This includes providing student grants. The student grants have enabled students to continue their education, helping towards tuition costs, equipment and/or travel costs. The trustees believe that this activity have contributed positively to the charities objectives. ## **Financial Review** The charity receives income through property rents. These funds were used to support the charity’s activities and operational expense. The trustees’ have reviewed the charity’s financial position and believes that the charity is financially stable. The charity holds reserves to ensure that it can continue its activities and meet any unexpected costs. The trustees’ regularly reviews this to ensure it remains appropriate. ## **Structure, Governance and Management** The charity is established to support the community and provide benefit to the people in accordance with its governing document. The charity is governed by constitution and is constituted as an unincorporated association. The Trustees are elected by and from amongst the Life Members of the Trust at the Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting. ## **Declarations** The trustees declare that they have approved the trustees’ report above. Signed on behalf of the charity’s trustees ## **Soeb Patel Chairman** 2 ## **THE KAFLETHA ANUMAN-E-ISLAMIC TRUST (UK)** ## **ACCOUNTANTS REPORT** ## **Responsibilities and basis of report Independent examiner’s statement** I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Kafletha Anjuman_E_Islamic Trust (UK) for the year ended 31 March 2025, which are set out on pages 4 to 5. ## **Responsibilities and basis of report** As the Charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’). I report in respect of my examination of the Charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner’s statement** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: 1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or 3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair view' which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
