Objects: (A) (I) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions By The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfre For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Public; (Ii) To Establish Or To Secure The Establishment Of Community Centres Or Other Facilities For The Benefit Of The Community And To Maintain And Manage Or To Co-Operate With Any Local Authority Or Any Other Charitable Body In The Maintenance And Management Of Such Centres And Facilities For Activities Promoted By The Trust In Furtherance Of The Above Objects; (B) To Provide Financial Assistance To Those Who By Reason Of Their Youth Age, Infirmity Or Disablement Have Need Of Such Assistance Without Distinction Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions; (C) To Provide Grants Donations And Other Financial Assistance Ot Any Charitable Institution Or Institutions Which Under The Laws Of England Shall Be Recognised As Exclusively Charitable And Registered Or Registerable As Such Under The Charities Act 1960 Or Any Statutory Re-Enactment.
