**Activities:** Promoting health education and provision of health care services to rural communities in and around Fulshaind village in the Golapgonj Thana, Sylhet, Bangladesh.  Aiming to improve heath status of poor communities by providing access to health care, chid immunisation, family planning, safe water and sanitation.
