The Trustees present their annual report together Viith the flnan¢lal statemenls of Alongsidè for HSS Glory (the
charity) for the year ended 5 April 2024. The Trustees confirm thal the Annual report and financial stat8ments of
the charily comply WFth the current st8tLrtory requirements, the requiremenls of the chaiiws goveming document
and the provisions of the Statem&nt of Recommended Practice (SORP), appli¢able to charities preparlng their
accounts in acGordancg wilh Ihe Financi81 R8POrting Standards for Smallér Entrtl8s (affective 1 January 2015).
Structur•¥ governance and managem•nt
CONSTITUTION
Th8 principl8 obj8Ct of the charity is the advancement of the Christian Faith in accordance With its hi*oric,
biblical and orthodox formulations in the life of the Church shared across its various denominalional expressions
and missionary enterprises, thich are directed towards the wèlfare, education and redemptive care of all.,
particularly, in the relief of suffering and the alleviation of poverty both of spirit and body.
The charlty Charyd Its name from New Day Mlnlstries to Alongslde for HIS Glory.
METHOD OF APPOINTMENT OR ELECTION OF TRU8TEES
The man8gemenl of the charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who are elecl8d and co-opted under Iha
term6 of the D9ed of Trust.
RISKMANAGEMENT
The Trustees have assessed the malor risks to which the charlty is exposed, in partlcular those related to the
operations and finances of the charity. and are satisfied that system5 and procedure3 are in place to mltigate our
exposure to the major risks.

POLICIES AND OBJECTIVES
The Trust's primary objective is to promote Chrislian faith by working in partnership with local churches and thelr
leadershlp, and with Cttrlstlan org8nlsations and thelr leadership, and with individual believers and se&kers to
enhance ar)d facili&¥e the primary objective. This may occur al local, national or intemation81 levels and across
all denominational boundarles.

overarching purpose of promoting Christian faith in various contexts.
ACTIVITIES FOR ACHIEVING OBJECTIVES
A variety of activities are ernployed in the pursuit of the above objectiVBS In the realm of prayer, teachlng, and
prophetlc resource and support for Indlvlduals and churches. Thls may take the form of ministry and teaching on
Sun¢ays in local thurGhes, Gcnferen¢es, teaching s8ri8S, training & teaching d8yB, seminars, mentoring, spiritual
dlreGtlon, r8treats and personal counselling.

GOING CONCERN
After making appropriale enquiries, the trustees have a reasonable expectation th8t the charity has
adequate resources to continue in operational existen￿ for the fcres88able fLrture. For this reason they
continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statement5.

The work 8nd ministry of Alongside for His Glory has continuecl apace during 2023-2024. tt is 6xpressed
primanly t17rough Steve s strong relational giffjng, as he walks alongsid8 Other Chnstian fflinistries and
charitable trusts, youth ministries, couples and individuals, seeking to help establish and fvrth&r their
relalionships with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirrt, in order that they thgn be￿rne more fruitrul in their
own missional activitl8s and lives. IAuch of Steve's role is one of 'spiritually fathering, others, particularly
though not exclusivaly. young people that they too M￿￿t grow and become spiritual fathers in the faith.

wh8t th9 Father has spoken cver us thfrDugh Stev&. Th9rg have been different significant moments, 88ch 8S
precious as the other. Last year when w8 fa¢eLY One of our hardest times, Stgve spoke so wisely I to our Iiv6S
and how to navigate that season in a Godly and Kingdon way. We ar8 forevergrateful to him for coming
alongside us.

Steve Rayment has impacted my life in a way that very few prophetic voices have. I met Sfeve in

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
The Trust had a deficit of £504412023 surplus of 123311 thar was used from the General Fund leaving a
balance of £76869 (2023- £21,913) carried forward.
RESERVE5 POLICY - The reserves of the Charity are kept under review and are considered to be adequate
for the work of the Trust.

Financial Reporting Standard for 5rnaller Entities (eff ectlve January 20151 and the Charlties Act 2011
and applicable regulations.
