This is athieved through awarding funds to parents or other individual responsible for a phy5icalty disabled child or an 0i8anlsatft which requires finènual assistance to furthèr the artistic development of disabled thildren. The new official 'home' for our Chorltable Trusi Fsjnd l Normandy Street In Alton ha5 gone from strength to stre. The gallery space this year has shown work by varlous 8fOUPS and Individuals. A percentage of the Sales In the Freedorn Throy8h Exprwion Gallery 80 towards the work our charlty does. So fèr this year. we have held exhlbltions by youn8 disabled Chdren frèm Treloar School and Colle8e. Lettlce 8owen the winner of The Unique Awards 2023. barry West and other Mouth and Foot Palntln8Artist5 Artwork. On the ffirsl floor Oillon and William our neurodiverse youngsters have been tutored to be gble to manufarture frame5. Ru55el ihelr Tutor ha5 enabled them now to tseeen themselves to make frames. Mostly used for the Gallery on the ground floor, but also to send oul 10 Customers of the Mouth and Foot Palnty"ng Art15t5. With our support, they now use the computer and large format printer and label pfinter to delNer the prints needed for the MFPA Drders. The Trust is still funding Russell. a local Sallptor to teach the framers how to use the equipment. There is 3nother larger room whith we are renting out for Art work5hop5 fof the local community. We have a150 run again sculpture workshop for two special needs Schools, Loddon Sthool and The Green Room School. a school for excluded pupils, mosi of which have statement. The top fioor is still erryty and are actively looking for a company or indIdual to rent the space. The Trustees have asked three ladies ¢0 suppon our Trust Fund part time. It was felt that the orlwnal dexrlptlon of the trust when it was opened in 1988 wa5 too specific. Theiefore, the Trustees have a8reed to try to chan8e thÈ statute5 SO that it would be called ihe MFPA Tru5r Fund for theTrainin8 of D15abled People In the Arts, this wlll mean that more Mouth and Foot Palniin8 Artisis wlll be able to apply io make use olthe fundln& whlch would be very useful to them. FINANCIAL REVIEW Investments Wickham Avenue the trust In¥e5tment renlal PToperty in 8exhill-on-Sea still accommodates tenant5 Irb the Shop ITalloTI and the three tlats above. The ienants arè the same as when the Trust took ovef Ihe property In Ortober 2023. The Trustees have invested into the property by getting the building up to a good standard. The Trustees have decided lo keeo ihe rental rate as low as w551ble to help the tenants, h¥0 fiats are occupled by care workers on è minimal wage. Work was compleied in 2025 to take down ¢he old concrete pretab garage. A5best05 was found In Sheet lorm in the garage, this was disposed of safely. Work has been identified to complete on the gfound an top floor flars. Ihis wlll be done rhis year.
