the audit requirement of section 43 (21 of the Charities Act 1993 ("the Acl") does not apply.11 is our
responsibility to state. on the basis of procedures specrfied In the General Directions given by the
Charity Commlssloners under section 43 (7> of the Act. whether particular matters have com6 to our
attention.

Our examination was carri8d out in accordanc8 with th8 G8neral Dir8Ctions given by th8 Charity
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a
comparison of the Accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
