The Trust is a charitable Trust and is primarily concerned with providing financial assistance to individuals and to Schools and Universities, to their respective charitable funds, for the purpose of the performing arts.
Objects: To Pay For Or Contribute Towards The Cost Of Education Or Further Education Or Training Of Any Deserving Person Of Any Age At Or By Or Through Any Reputable Educational Or Training Establishment Or Place Whatsoever In The UK And Elsewhere In Particular The Teaching Learning Or Performance Of Music Art Drama And Related Subjects.(b) To Support Any School College Or Other Educational Foundation Which Is A Charity.(c) To Relieve Poverty Among Children And Old Persons And For The Purposes Of This Deed Children Shall Mean Children Under The Age Of 18 Years And Old Persons Shall Mean Persons Over The Age Of 60 Years.(d) To Contribute To Any Charitable Fund Created To Alleviate Any National Or Local Disaster.(e) To Carry Out Such Other Legally Charitable Purposes As The Trustees Being Not Less Than Three In Number Shall From Time Ot Time By Deed Executed With Their Unanimous Consent Declare.
