Financi*l Review
The income of the "frugt amounted ¢0 £36.074 wmpared to £41,407 for the prevtous ycar. The Trust rcccived
a donation from the GeoT8e Cadbury Chari(able Trusi in the year lo 5 April 2024 of £3,000 (2023 - £10.000).
38 cheques for charitable donations were drawn totalling £35.685 which included the under-menlioned donations

Accoun¢ing Convention
The financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP {FRS 102) - Accounting and
Reportin8 by Charitie5'. Statement of Recommended Prathice applicable io charities preparing their accounts
in accordance with ihe Financial Reporting Standaid applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)
(effective l January 2019), the Financial Reporting Standard appljcable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
(FRS 102) and Charities Act 2011.
The financial statemenis have been prepared to give a 'ttrue and fair" view
The Injst meets the definilion of a public benefit entity under FRS 102. Asset5 and liabilities are initially iecognised
al historical cost or transaction value unless oiherwise stated in the relevant accounljng policy.
Basis of Accounting
The accounts are prepared on an accwals basis. All income is recognised once the Charity has entitlement to the income.
Resources Expended
Grants and donations paid are charged a8ainst income in the year they are paid. All grants and donations are
one-off payments. Other resources expended aTe iftcluded in the SOFA on an accrua15 basts. Expenditure includes
V AT which is not recoverable by Ihe Charity.
Investments
Investments are shown at middle-market value_ Realised 8ains and losses on disposals and unrealised gains or10s5es
when the investments ale revalued are reflected in the SOFA.
Reserves
All fvnds are unrestricted.

As the charity Trustees of the Trust you are responsible for ihe Pfepara¢ion of ihe accounts in accordancc with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'Ihe Aci").
I report in respect of my examinaiion of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in
carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions 8ivcn by Charily Commission under
Section 145 (5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matetial matters have come lo my attention in connection
with the examination giving me cause lo believe that in any material respcct_'
