charity remains in a stable financial
position. Total income and expenditure
have been monitored closely throughout
the year, with resources directed in line
with our charitable objectives. The
charity has maintained sufficient
unrestricted reserves, in accordance
with our reserves policy, to ensure we
are prepared to respond to emergencies
and continue delivering core services.
We continue to manage our finances
prudently, ensuring sustainability while
maintaining our capacity to support

Para 1.22 The charity holds reserves solely from
unrestricted donations. These funds are
deliberately maintained to ensure the
charity can respond swiftly and
effectively to unforeseen emergencies,

enables us to provide timely
humanitarian assistance when it is most
urgently needed, ensuring our
operational readiness in times of

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 31 / 03 / 2025 .

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent [The charity’s gross income exceeded £25,000 and I am qualified to

examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Institute of Financial Accountants.
