The organisation contintjes lo redefine its roles and perform its primary activitpes in rneeting the
needs of people both in the UK, Africa and elsewhere. Through our regular activities, training.
family support, support for orphanage, SUPPOrt for hom818ss p8ople and youth development, we
have been able to reach and touch many lives including orphans, socially deprived and
disadvanlaged p8opl8, particularfy in AfriGa 8nd Ihe United Kingdom.
Financial Review
There was a surplus for the year of £11,792 in the unrestrided funds.
The unrestricted funds represent income earned but not yet utilised in s(Jpporting the charitabl8
activities.

Al 31 August 2024 the charfty held £35.32212023 £124,639) in bank balances, which the
trustees considered lo be adequate to allow them lo continue lo advance the acEivf(ies of the charity.
Statsment of Tru$te¢$' re$pon$lbllltle$
Law ap ￿l¢able to charities In Engl8nd and Wales requires the Trustees to prepare financial
statements for each year whith gwe a true and fair view of the charity's financial activities during
the year and of it's financial position at the end of the year. In preparing financial statements
giving a Irije and fair view. the twslees should follow best practice and..
select suitsble accounting policies and then apply them consistently
make judgements 8nd estim8le5 that are reasonable and prudent
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
assume that the charity will Gontinue in business.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose, with
reasonable accurdcy, the financial position ol the charity, and which enable them to both
ascertain the financial posilion ol the charity and ensure that the financial statements comply
with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the charity and hencé taking r8ason8ble steps for the prevention and
detection of fraud and othtrr irregularities.

Independent Examinar's Report to the Trustees
I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 August 2025 which are sel out on
pages 4 10 6.
Respective responsibilities ol trnstees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The chariws trustees
consider that an audit is not required for thi5 year under section 144 of the Charil4es A¢1 2011
(the Charities Acll and that an independent examination is needed.

Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented wlh those records. 11 also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether
the accounts present a 'tnJe and fairf view and the report is limited to those matters sel out
in the statement below.
Independent examiner's ststement
In the course of my examination. no matter has come lo my attention
1. which gives me reasonable cause lo believe that irs any material respgct the fequifemenls..
lo keep accounting records in accordance wth section 130 of the Charities Act , and

The charity formed a company limited by guarantee on 5 August 2019- Africa Christian
Fellowship IACFI Ventures Ltd {registralion number 121389981 w(th the aim to
purchase property. However, a suitable pelnises was not found.
On 25" February 2022. an extraordinary meering of the ACF was held for
the Purpose Df Ifanslting lo a Charity Incorporated Organisation {CIO} was held. Followin9
the registration of the CIO on 19 September 2024. the Trustees gave effe¢t to the
decision that ACF Ventures Ltd ￿ closed in thetr meeb'ng of 26 October 2024.
