TO PROVIDE OR TO ARRANGE FOR THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE, CARE OR COMFORT OF ANY KIND REQUIRED BY AN OCCUPANT OR OCCUPANTS OF ACCOMMODATION ESTABLISHED, PROVIDED OR MANAGED BY THE COMPANY PURSUANT TO CLAUSE 3.1 ABOVE; 3.3.
