**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FOR THE OBJECT OF ALLEVIATING SUFFERING AND DISTRESS CAUSED TO DOGS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE BREED KNOWN AS WHIPPETS, WHO HAVE BEEN ILL-TREATED, ABANDONED OR NEGLECTED.

**Activities:** The charity raises funds by selling Whippet related items at Crufts and various dog shows and by accepting donations for dogs rehomed, and from dog clubs and the public.  Bequests are also received, and the charity organises various special events to raise funds. Members of the rescue pay an annual subscription.
