GOVERNING DOCUMENT

Saint Theosevia Trust, a registered charity (number 326366), is administered in accordance with the Trust Deed dated 24th October 1983.

OBJECTS OF THE TRUST

The Trust was founded in 1983 to promote the advancement of the Christian Religion; to advance public education in the history, theology and spirituality of the Christian Churches in both the East and the West; and, more particularly, to promote lectures, seminars and conferences within the area indicated above, as well as providing a residential centre for research students and senior scholars interested in the aims of the Trust.

The Trust owns a freehold property, 2 Canterbury Road, Oxford OX2 6LU, which is known as The St Theosevia Centre for Christian Spirituality and which has, as its residents, 7 theological students. Its meeting room contains the library of the Fellowship of St Alban and St Sergius, consisting of books on the Christian East and on Christian Unity; these are accessible for consultation by anyone working in these fields.
