Nottingham. NGI 3BE. 2. The Charity trustees during the year to 5 April 2021 were Mrs Annette Noskwith and Adrian Charles Henry Noskwith. After a period of illness, Mrs Annette Noskwith stood down astrusteeand her ￿11￿MentdateWa5 IOFebruary2023. Laurachristina Godsal was appointed as a new trustee on 10 February 2023. The power of appointing new trustees of the Charity is vested in Mr Adrian Charles Henry N05kwith during his lifetime. 3. The solicitors for the Charity are Womble Bond Dickin50n, 4 More London, Riverside, London. SEI 2AU. The Independent Examiner of the Charity is Nicholas Poole of Poole Associates Limited, Chartered Certified Accountants. of 6a George Street. Hocklev. Nottingham. 4. The trustees have wide investment powers being the same full and unrestricted powers of investing as if they were a single beneficial owner. This is set out in Clause 61bl of the Deed of Trust. 5. The trustees keep the identifscation, evaluation, and management of risk with the charity under constant review. This is to ensure that the charity is in full compliance with the law and relevant regulations of best practice generally. Close Wealth Management Group were the charitys financial advisors. 6. The preparation and general administration of the Chariws Finandal Statements are dealt with by Nicholas Poole. Objects and Activities 7. The objetts of the Charity are to advance education and religion, to relieve persons in necessitous circumstances and further any other charitable purposes the trustees may think fit.

1. In plannlng the activFties and grants for the year, the trustees have kept In mind the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefrt.
2. The Charity carried out these objects by making grants for the pub5ic benefit to appropriate charities in accordan￿ with the Charitrfs objects.
3. The trustees, policy on grant-making is to Consider all charities to whom grants have been made in previous year5 and to consider appeals from new charities. Each application is considered independently on its merits. taking into account and the amoLtnt of grant required. Any benefit to the charity or its officers must be incidental. Achievements and performance
4. All grants made during the year were in accordance with the objert5 of the tharity. The majorty of grants were madeto charities registered with the Charity Commission.
5. This year the Charity has made grants totalllng £85.70412020- £116.5171. The largest individual grants were to Nottingham High School of £40,OLYJ. £17.349 to Nottingham Liberal Synagogue. £10,854 to Nottingham Hebrew Congregation. £8,CKJO to Leukaemia Uk and there were five other sma15er grants. The purpose of the grants given is for the advancement of education and relief of poverty. Among the thaflties which benefited are the following'.- Nottingham High School Ito provide bursaries): Nottingham Liberal Synagogue Nottingham Hebrew Congregation Framework Knitters Almshouses Blind veterans Uk The Salvation Army Listening Books A number of donations have been made to Jewish charities.
6. The tru5tees' policy on reserves is to accrue funds for major grants in line with the charitys policy of supporting education and persons in need. Financial Review
7. During the year to 5 April 2021, the Charity has pursued a policy of maximising income form its investments whilst at the same time ensuring capital growth of those investments. Investment income received totalled £80,06812020- £105,7901-
8. Other than as previously mention, the Charity has no-on going item5 of expenditure, projects not completed or obli8ations not yet met.

9. At 5 April 2021 the market value of investments held bythetrust was £2,427,23712020 £2,296,141). and the net current assets of the trust were £74.61612021> E42,3531. Total fund5 of the trust were £2,$01.8531202¢> £2,338,494).
