(C) AWARD OF EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT UNIVERSITIES OR OTHER INSTITUTIONS OF FURTHER EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE GOVERNORS TO BOYS AND GIRLS WHO HAVE ATTENDED SCHOOLS WITHIN THE AREA OF CITY AND COUNTY BOROUGH OF BRISTOL, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE RESIDENT IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF CHRIST CHURCH WITH ST. EWEN FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS.                                      (D) PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF CITY AND COUNTY BOROUGH OF BRISTOL.
