Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The Charity made a good profit for the year<br>financial position at the end  and held a substantial amount in the bank<br>of the period  at year end.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  The funds raised in the 24/25 financial year<br>policy for holding reserves  will be available for the schools to spend in<br>stating why they are held  25/26. | report to the trustees on my examination of Grove Schools Parent Teacher Association accounts for the year ended 31st August 2025. 

## Responsibilities and basis of report 

As the charity trustees of the trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 Section 132. 

! report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under Section 145 of the 2011 Act. | ama certified accountant (FCCA). | have been asked by the trustees to review the accounts as per the directions given under Section 145(1)}{a)} of the Act.
