The schools used the funds to purchase a
variety of items, including new playtrails
and playground markings, children’s
kitchen, chromebooks, workshops, and
coaches for school trips.
The money was raised through numerous
events, highlights include a quiz night,
Christmas activities, school disco, magic
show, sponsored readathon, golf day, tea
towels and summer festival.|

Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 The Charity made a good profit for the year
financial position at the end and held a substantial amount in the bank
of the period at year end.
Statement explaining the Para 1.22 The funds raised in the 24/25 financial year
policy for holding reserves will be available for the schools to spend in
stating why they are held 25/26. Both schools have some funds
unspent from this year but the Infant school
had work completed over the summer
holidays to be invoiced in financial year
September 2025/26.

| report to the trustees on my examination of Grove Schools Parent Teacher Association accounts for the year ended 31st August 2025.
## Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 Section 132.
! report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under Section 145 of the 2011 Act. | ama certified accountant (FCCA). | have been asked by the trustees to review the accounts as per the directions given under Section 145(1)}{a)} of the Act.
| have not seen any of the receipts which form the basis of the financial report and have not contributed in any way to the completion of the year-end financial accounts and statements.
## Independent Examiner's Statement
| have completed my examination. | confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
1. Accounting records were not kept in respect of the trust as required by Section 130 of the Act, or
2. The accounts do not accord with those records, or

The accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Account and Reports) Regulations 2008 (other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair view’ which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination).
