I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Grove Schoov Parent Teacher
Association for the year ended 31° August 2021.
Responsibllitles and basis of repwt
As the charrty trustees of the Trust you are responsible forthe preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charsties Act 20111.the ACVI.
I report in respect of my e¥2mInat￿rt of the Trusys accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Dirertions given by
the Charty Commission under section 14515)Ibl of the ALt.
Independent examinerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination gFving me cause to believe that in any materkgl respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust a5 required by section 130 of the
Act,. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applÉcable requirements concerning the fom) and
Content of accounts set out in the Charit￿5 (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other
than any requirementthat the accounts gNe a 'true and fair view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concefns and have corne across no other matters in connection with the examination to
