FOR THIS PURPOSE (INTER ALIA) TO PUBLISH AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE PUBLICATION OF LEGAL AND OTHER PERIODICALS AND PUBLICATIONS DEALING WITH SUCH MATTERS.
