**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENT ARTISTS PARTICULARLY THOSE BETWEEN THE AGES OF SEVENTEEN AND TWENTY-THREE BY MAKING GRANTS TO SUCH STUDENTS UNDERGOING ART TRAINING OR WHO WISH TO BE FURTHER EDUCATED IN THIS FIELD OF ART AND AS ANCILLARY THERETO (A) TO PAY ALL OR ANY PART OF THE FEES, OR EXPENSES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF ART STUDENTS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES OF ANY AGE AND WHO SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE OR WISH TO BE FURTHER EDUCATED OR TRAINED (B) TO HOLD EXHIBITIONS TO ENABLE STUDENT ARTISTS TO EXHIBIT THEIR WORKS PROVIDED THAT SUCH EXHIBITIONS SHALL NOT TAKE THE FORM OF PERMANENT TENDENCY (C) TO DO ALL OTHER THINGS NECESSARY FOR THE FURTHERING OF THE OBJECT OF THE TRUST.
