The Governor5, as Charity TrUStr￿ have regard to the Clthrity Cornn￿lOn'S public bcnefit guidance wlKn exercising
their powers and duties. In &ddition to the bursary awards noted abo￿, the Governors en¢ourage the S¢hool's partheTships
and relationships with the wider community.

that we have avai]able. Wc mxintain a strong relationship with St Mary and All SainLs C of E and Buil¢rs Court Primary
Schools locally al￿ provideaccess to the swimming pool and swlnunll￿ leaching several tirnes each week for their cbildren
(144 hours) and 72 hours of free teachll￿. We aLso maintain St Mary's sports fields znd some of our own rugby and soccer
fixttues arc held there.
We held a full ￿mMer camp progranulle an avernge of 40 children attended every day duriog the Easter IK)Jidays
and 75 over the summer. Working closely with Sportq Nu4 we open our facilities to znanv more children in the local
community forcrickel, swimming. gyinnastics and oth¢r5POrts. The School hosied Beaconsfie.d Rugby Club, Beaconsfield
Cricket Club, Burnham Gymnastics Club, Chris Motrow Crickei Club. Coleshill Cricket Club. Kar4n Cricket Academy,
Ge￿ard'S Cross Cricket Club. Seer Lrreen Trootball Llub. Eleaco￿$tie1d Youth tootball teams, Kugby Tots and PFO Fooiball
to make regular usc of our SPOTts facjlities out olschool houts. The PE andGames Department successfully ratt three large
multi.sports competition for lo￿1 primary Schools where Davenies iK)y5 syppor*d the day and were drafted m to help
sornc teams who were a lirtk short on the day.
The School also hosts a meeting of local nurseries ¢￿h tern) and enjoys supporting local events such as Remembrance
Day. Beaconsfield Festival of Lights: clwity even￿ theatre groups and Iixai competitions.

to support international charities. such a5 Variety Barbados and the Hogar Miguel Magone OTphanage in Guatemala.
