(E) Grants For The Benefit Of Schools Which Are Established For Charitable Purposes Only And Are Not Maintained By The Local Education Authority. (F) Grants For The Purpose Of Helping And Educating Young Persons Through Recreation And Other Leisure Time Activities So To Develop Their Physical Mental And Spiritual Capacities So That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved.
