**Objects:** 2 Objects(a) The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit and specifically restricted to:2.1.1 promoting or assisting in the promotion of education in the Diocese that is consistent with the faith and practice of the Church of England;2.1.2 promoting or assisting in the promotion of religious education and religious worship in schools in the Diocese; 2.1.3 promoting or assisting in the promotion of church schools in the Diocese; 2.1.4 promoting co-operation between itself and other persons concerned with education in the Diocese.

**Activities:** Primary function is to develop Church of England Education. Services are provided in the form of 1: Advice and Guidance to Teachers, Governors, Trustees and Chaplains. 2: Training and Development for School Staff and Governors 3: Project Manangement and support for the development of School Buildings and Facilities and 4: Support for the provision and development of Education Chaplaincy.
