**Objects:** PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF GIRLS OR WOMEN WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND,AND WHO HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN 2 YEARS ATTENDED A SCHOOL WHICH IS WHOLLY OR PARTLY MAINTAINED OUT OF PUBLIC FUNDS AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF LONDON OR THAT PART OF THE DIOCESE OF SOUTHWARK WHICH LIES WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF GREENWICH, LAMBETH, LEWISHAM, SOUTHWARK AND WANDSWORTH.

**Activities:** Grants to assist girls or women for education or training expenses after leaving primary school. Candidates must live in the Diocese of London, or the Diocese of Southwark within Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark and Wandsworth, a member of the Church of England, and a present or past pupil for not less than two years of a school wholly or partly maintained out of public funds.
