**Objects:** THE INCOME SHALL BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF REBUILDING AND IMPROVING THE PROPERTY OF THE FOUNDATION, MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL PREMISES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS (SEE SCHEME DATED 6 FEBRUARY 1991 FOR FULL DETAILS).

**Activities:** Our area of benefit is coterminous with the London Borough of Lambeth (though we are an entirely independent foundation).  We exist for the relief of poverty amongst Lambeth residents (mainly under 30 years of age) and we do this by promoting education (broadly defined).  Our aim is to offer a 'hand up', not a 'hand out', and to 'tackle poverty by creating opportunity'.
