Our approach was as follows..

We considered the legal and regulatory frameworks directly applicable to the financial stètEments reportlng

We considered ihe nature of the chafit)blÈ company's operaiions. the control enviroTrment ènd fiDzncial

We communicated identified laws and regulations throughout Dvr team and remained alert to any indications of
on-compliance throughout the audit-,
We consldered the procedures and controls that the charitable company ha5 estab115hed to address risks identified,
or that otherwise prevent, deter and detect fraud,. and how senior management monitors those procedures and

8a5ed on thls understanding wp designed our aud*t procpdures to identify non-compliance wrth such laws and regulation5.
Where the risk was considered to be hiEher, we pÈrformed audit procedures to addre55 each identified fraud risk. These

Owing to the inherent lirnitations of an èudit, there 15 an unavoldable rf5k ihat we rnay not have detected some material
