The Trust's reseThes policy is to maintain its free unrestritted reserves at a rninirnl level given the coThfTrdence

however, it may build up re5erYe5 in antiupation of a fuvjre capital project to support the khools or to
support its other ¢haritable objectives. Altern3vvety. as at present. r¢ may be prepared to t**rrow funds for
the short to medium term to invest in tapital project5 to suppwt the Sthools. At the year end. therefore. the

Trust had a deficit on free unrestricted reserves of £9,720,292 (2024.. 17,365.2121. Fund5 held by the Group
at the year-end totalled £38,194,310 (2024.. 139.70L566) with a deficit on free unrestricted reserves of
£10.862.983 (2024.. £8.261,918).
The Trustees have considered the reserves policy ar￿ have conduded that no adfvsmients ro the policy need

Going concern
The ￿an$ for both Schods to extend their offering to age 16+ hwe the full support of the TrusL The Trust
