Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing
their accounts in accordance wtth the Finanual Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and
Republlc of Ireland (FRS 102).

Archbishop Tenison's School Foundation is an UnInc￿ed endowEd educational
foundation which operates under the tern￿ of a Scheme set by the Charity Commissioners
dated 5 May 1998. to 'govem the charity formerly known as ARCHBISHOP TENISON'S
UNITED SCHOOLS". The 1998 goveming do(xJment is the most re￿nt in a series of
Schemes over the Foundation's history whith were pr￿JUCed in resFrf)n5e to new EdU￿tion
Acts and the chaiiVs changing relattonship to the various schools It has supported. There
have been three administrative changes to the scheme since 1998 to darify investment
powers. update nominating bojies for trustees. and rerrK)ve the wuirement to hold a
partiojlar parcel of land for tho purposes of the chaiity.
According to the Scheme. there should be belween four and Iwefve trustees. One is ex offi￿0
