Single or mul-year grants are accounted for when either the recipient has a reasonable expectaon that they will receive the grant and the trustees have agreed to pay the grant without condion, or the recipient has a reasonable expectaon that they will receive a grant and any condion aaching to the grant is outside of the control of the charity.
Governance costs include those costs associated with meeting the constuonal and statutory requirements of the charity.
