furwjrdiser in OUT acaderrdc school year. our Christrnas Fair that was
adapted under COVID guidelnes. which wo￿￿j well as we were able to
utTrlise the hall, haviw 8 strict one-way syst&m 8ThJ opening the
playground. We h•J our main wize draw where tickets were distritrMAed to
all the thiklren befote the fair and sokl on the day. The fairs profft. (which
| includes the raffle and ralendar sales) m￿je a profil of just over £15,000.
| The 2(Y22 caleThJar was a suc¢8ss, sellng more than we have done
I pr8viou￿y. Chtistnras ￿n￿Ga￿dIeS and pre-kjved Chiistmas jumpers

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 August 2022** 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the **basis of report** preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material **examiner's** matters have come to my attention in connection with the **statement** examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

 accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
