Aside froin enlianciiig the extensive sporting and ci'eative arts facilities, the Estates Master Plan continues to improve
teaching facilities, boanjing and visitor experience across the site.
A Inajor five yeai., £1 inillion refurbishment of Residei)tial Boai'ding Houses begaii in the Sunimei. of 2022 witli two
boys, Houses, Saiidi'inghani and Balinoixl, ba)efiting first. As well as updating baihrooins and study rooms, Ihe
refi]I'bishment has iinproyed the liviiig accominodation.
In Septeinber 2019 Woolwich House, the school's I Ith House, opened for the youngest Residential BoardeTS, providing
co-educational residential accominodation for Year 7 entranis to the School. giving thein tlie oppoitunity to settle into
Gordon's life in a smalleT and Imore bespoke environment.
In 2021 the Sports Hall opened next ti) the exi%ting all-weather piteh. This significant and Inuch-need investtnent also
included iipgrading the C&T pai'king and lighting on the noi'ih side of the esiate. Thei'e is also a second 3G all-
weather pitch iii fi'ont of the Sport% Pavilion. The facilities weir fui'iher iinpi'oved in 2022 with the addition of a 150
SqU8re metre Fikniess Suite, officially opened by HRH the Duke of Edinbiirgh in Januaiy 2023.
The latest teaching block is the India Building, openod ii) Septembei. 2022. The new 4-classi.ooni block replaces the out-
dated 2-classrooni IT hiit.
In 2025 the old school Gymnasiuin was converted into the 200 plus seat Wynter Bee Theatre.
