**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CORPORATION (THE ‘OBJECTS’) SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEEDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS BY THE PROVISION OF A DAY AND BOARDING SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS INOR NEAR LEATHERHEAD IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY OR AT SUCH OTHER PLACE OR PLACES WITHINOUR UNITED KINGDOM AS THE COUNCIL MAY DIRECT AND BY ANCILLARY OR INCIDENTALEDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND OTHER ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** To advance the education of boys and girls from the ages of 11 to 18. The provision of subsidised education for Foundationers (being children of Church of England or Church of Wales clergy of limited means). The provision of means-tested bursaries to pupils whose families would not otherwise be able to afford the full fees and thereby widen access to the education provided by the School.
