**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THE EDUCATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BOYS AND GIRLS  WHO COME WITHIN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES AND IN PARTICULAR  BOYS AND GIRLS WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:- (A) BOYS OR GIRLS WHO HAVE LOST ONE OR BOTH PARENTS; (B) BOYS OR  GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED BY THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS; (C) BOYS OR GIRLS WHOSE PARENTS ARE DIVORCED OR SEPARATED OR WHOSE HOME LIFE IS FOR ANY REASON UNSATISFACTORY, UNHAPPY OR ABNORMAL.

**Activities:** To provide education in Cobham for boys from the ages of 11 - 18, and girls in the Sixth Form.  The objects of the Foundation, as set down in the Act and Constitution, are to advance the education of boys or girls who have lost one or both parents through death, divorce, or other family disaster, and whose home life, as a result, is unsatisfactory, unhappy or abnormal.
