B) PROVISION OF OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS ETC TO ASSIST ENTRY INTO TRADE OR PROFESSION.  C) TRAVELLING SCHOLARSHIPS  D) PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SPORTS, AND MUSIC AND ART AWARDS.

**Activities:** Makes individual grants for education and training to young people aged 11 years to 28 years who have been educated and/or reside in the Boroughs of Guildford or Waverley in Surrey.
