(C) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MINISTERS OF RELIGION TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE COURSES OF FURTHER EDUCATION AND INSTRUCTION FOR THE MINISTRY OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. (D) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR LAYMEN AND LAYWOMEN TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE COURSES OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE WORK OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH.
