THE RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.C) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION HAVING CHARITABLE OBJECTS DIRECTED TO EDUCATING OR IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED 25 YEARS (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 23 OF SCHEME).
