The Trustees present Iheir report togeiher with the financial Stat￿¢nI3 of Ihc Fund for the

year ended 31 December 2024. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance
with the accountin8 w)licies set out on pages 9 and comply with applicablc law.
Constltution and objects
To support the education and trainin8 of children and young people in Wisbcch and Ihe
immediate suThoundin8 area.
Organisation And admlDlslratlon
The administration of thc Fund is managed by the Administrator to the Foundation and the
Chairnian of the trustees.
Grant maklng pollcy and Public Benellt
The income from the Fund is used for the purposc of supporting education. The TNsiees have
determined that it would be an appropriate use of the income to support the Community
Liaison Officer role at Wisbech Museum.
Flnanelal revlew and investment poll¢y
The Trustees have the authority to vary the fomi of Ihe investment of the Fund's pernianent
cndowm¢nt by virtuc of th¢ pow¢rs grant￿ by th¢ Trustee Act 2000.
This pemianent endowrneni is invested in units in a COIF Charities Investment Fund. and the
TNstee5 consider this to be appropriale.
Rtterves polley
Durin8 th¢ year ended 31 Deccmber 2024. the total nel income of the Charity was £246,943
of which £11.849 was expended in accordance with ils objects. Th¢ dccr¢as¢ in market valu¢
of investments of £478 has been deducted from ihe Endowmenl funds, also £400,000 has
been added to investments from the result of Sale of the land at Manea 19.7.2024. Thc
Trustees do not consider il necessary lo relain significant reserves of unrestricted funds.

Trustee$, re$pon$lbllities in relation to the finanelAI statements
The law applicable to chariiics in England & Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial
statcments for each financial year which give a true and fair view of Ihe Fund's financial
activities during the year and of its financial position at thc end of the year. In prcparing the
Financial Statements, Ihc Trustees are required to: _

3. State whether applicable standards and statements of recommended practice have been
followed subject to any departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements:

to presume that the Fund will continue
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting rccords which disclose with
rcasonablc accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity and to enable them to
ensure that the Financial Statements Ll)mply wilh Ihe Charilies Acts 2011 ('the Act,). They
are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charily and hence for taking r￿Sonable
stcps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts for th¢ year ended 31 st December 2024
which are set out on pages 7 10 11.
Respectlve responslbllltles of trustees and examlner
The charity's trustees are responsible for th¢ preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requiremenis of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examinalion of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of Ihe
2011 Act and in carrying Out my examination I have followed all the applicable Dir¢¢tions
given by the Charity Commission under seclion 145(SXb) of the Act.
Basls of Independenl examlner'g report
My cxamination was carried out in accordance with the seneral Dircclion5 8iv¢n by the Charily
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kepi by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair view, and the report is limiteAI to those matters set oul in the slatement b¢low.
Independent examlner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confimi Ihat no material matters havc wm¢ to my atiention
in connection with the examination givAn8 me cause (o believe that in any material respect:
accountin8 records were not kept in respect of the Trust as rcquired by section 130 of the Act; or
the accounts do not accord wilh those records. or
the acwunts do not ￿mplY with the applicabl¢ r¢quircm¢nts concerning the fonn and
content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports). Regulations 2008
other Ihan any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view, which is not a rnatt¢r
considered as part of an independent examination.
