The charty's objects and policy has been the granting of bursaries to
students entering further education for the term of the course undertaken.

Achievements and performance
Maintenance has been needed on th8 Property of Squlre Hous8. Ail
maintenance has bean carried oul in a timely manner,
All rent has been received in a timely manner and there have been no
problems that needed to be dealt with on the propety side.
Furth8r land (24.22 acres) has been purchased in Upwell Tenancy of the
land started on 16" December 2024- tenant is SC and EA Gadsby.
The land tenancey is being managed by Cnjso and Wilkin
Further land is in the process of b8ing purchased, This will not be
finalis8d until later in the year. Money woransferrad from the CCLA
account into the Cater Allen Accounl ready for purchas8.
