TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE RESEARCH; GRANT BURSARIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS; ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A LIBRARY, MUSEUM AND LABORATORIES, IN CONNEXION WITH THE ABOVE.
